Slice onion and garlic Chop the tomatoes and chillis |
2 tbsp Ghee |
Heat the ghee in a pan Saute in ghee until yellow Add, chillis and tomatoes, stirring until half cooked |
1/2 Cup Water salt pepper |
Add water, salt and pepper Put into baking dish |
6 Eggs 1 tbsp Parsley |
Make six hollows and break an egg into each hollow Bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes Garnish with parsley |
